The launch of the new Vectiv performance sneaker called for impressive campaign activations. A truly start-to-finish project, we collaborated with The North Face throughout every phase, from design through installation, and everything in between.

Creating energy around the Vectiv launch.

We were engaged by The North Face to focus on high level creative concepts to be activated on a global scale. Hand sketches and renders informed the retail direction of hundreds of stores in the US and Canada.

Bringing product technology to life.

With a history of product innovation in apparel and equipment, The North Face wanted to establish Vectiv as the leader in innovative footwear. Our ultimate goal was to help make the brand a strong competitor in footwear by bringing the Vectiv technology to life through motion and moments of 'Power Further': a unique footwear rocker, infinity mirrors and exploded shoes.

Truly start-to-finish.

The most comprehensive scope of a design through fabrication project to date, we designed everything from signage to footwear displays with integrated electronics. Pivoting to production, we engineered, fabricated and finished over 1,000 elements before shipping to hundreds of stores, personally installing nine flagship locations.

Consistency from door to door.

Collaborating with multiple teams at The North Face, we designed global Pinnacle concepts and wholesale door executions simultaneously while maintaining a consistent look and feel across the board. Dedicated project management then ensured that designs were flawlessly fabricated and installed to match renders to a T.

All hands on deck.

This sizable production run hit nearly every department in our shop — CNC machining, wood assembly, metal, finishing and of course crating, where we managed meticulous fulfillment and logistics. Between flagship and fleet locations — including Dick's, Scheels, REl and Bass Pro Shops — over 200 stores received a Vectiv element of some kind.
